These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and of the candle workshop bench services that WeiFang ZhuMouJun Network Technology Co., Ltd. offers through it. By browsing the site, writing to the bench, booking a sitting or using any service described here, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and the company named above. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information. Where the two documents touch on the same subject, both apply, and the specific rule in the Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal information.
We have written these terms in plain language on purpose. A workshop runs on clear instructions, and we would like this agreement to read the same way. If a clause is unclear, write to projects@candlequest.autos and we will explain it before you commit to anything.
WeiFang ZhuMouJun Network Technology Co., Ltd. operates this website and the workshop bench services described on it. Our registered address is No 5369, Unit 1-510-315 (Entrusted), Beigong East Street, Beihai Road Subdistrict, Kuiwen District, WeiFang City - 261000, China (CN). Our contact email is projects@candlequest.autos and our contact phone number is +13864337823.
The website and the bench systems are designed and maintained by the developer practice known as CandleQuest Tech. That practice builds the tools, the pages and the written record formats on behalf of the company. All obligations under these terms are owed by WeiFang ZhuMouJun Network Technology Co., Ltd., and any claim or question about the services should be directed to the company at the contact details above.
We work in computer systems design and related professional services, and we bring the same standards to the candle workshop bench. The bench is a real working station, not a demonstration, and the services on this site describe genuine work that we perform.
We offer six workshop bench services: Wick Sheet Bays, Pour Note Runs, Buyer Letter Desks, Melt Windows, Scent Review Rounds and Workshop Sittings. Each service is described on the services page of this site. The description sets out what the service includes, how it is run and what record it leaves behind.
Services are delivered at the WeiFang workshop bench. Some services can be arranged partly by email or telephone, but the physical work of pouring and setting takes place at the bench. We will confirm the scope of every engagement in a wick sheet before work begins, and the wick sheet becomes part of the agreement for that engagement.
We may add, change or withdraw a service over time. If a change affects an engagement that is already underway, we will tell you clearly and agree the next step with you before the change takes effect.
You may use this website if you are at least sixteen years old and able to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
Some services involve a physical visit to the workshop. A visitor under eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms and remains responsible for the visitor during the sitting. We may ask for identification when a sitting begins.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or a service request when we believe that delivering the work would be unsafe, unlawful or impractical. In that case we will explain the reason where we can and will not charge for work that we do not perform.
Most of this site can be used without an account. If we provide a record viewer for a client, you are responsible for keeping the sign-in details private and for telling us at once if you believe the details have been seen by someone else. You must not share access with a person who is not part of your studio without our agreement.
You agree to give accurate information when you sign in or write to the bench. If the details change, you agree to update them so that the record stays correct. An inaccurate record can cause a pour to go wrong, so accuracy is part of the work.
We may suspend access to a record viewer if we detect misuse, if we are required by law to do so or if we are making important changes to the systems. We will restore access as soon as the reason for the suspension is resolved and will tell you what happened.
A workshop sitting is booked in advance through the contact desk, by email or by telephone. When a booking is confirmed, we place a sitting sheet on the bench with your name and the time of the visit. The sitting takes place inside business hours and inside a melt window so that the bench is warm and the light is steady.
During a sitting you may watch a batch being poured and ask questions. You must follow the safety instructions of the pour hand at all times. The workshop contains heat, wax and sharp metal, and we may stop a sitting if a visitor ignores a safety instruction.
We will confirm the number of people in a group when we confirm the booking. If more people arrive than were booked, we may ask the extra people to wait outside the bench area until room can be made. This keeps everyone safe and keeps the pour notes clean.
When you write to the bench, you agree to give an accurate return address so that we can answer. We read every letter before the first pot is lit, and we aim to reply within two working days. If the bench is especially busy, the reply will tell you when to expect a full answer.
You are responsible for the content of your letters. Please do not send confidential material that the bench does not need for the work. If a letter includes material that belongs to another person, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
We may keep a copy of a letter as part of the bench record for the batch it concerns. We handle that record according to our Privacy Policy, and we remove material when it is no longer needed and the law allows removal.
You agree to use this site and the services in a way that respects the bench and the people who work at it. You may browse the pages freely, write to us honestly and use a service for the purpose it was created. You may quote a short passage from the site with a clear credit and a link back to the page.
You agree not to interfere with the site, to attempt to reach parts of it that are not offered to you, or to copy the bench record of another client. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or your studio when you write or book a sitting.
If you are unsure whether a particular use is allowed, ask before you act. A short question at the contact desk is always cheaper and calmer than a correction afterwards.
The following conduct is not allowed. You must not use the site to send unlawful, threatening or abusive messages. You must not upload or send a file that is designed to damage the site or the systems that host it. You must not scrape the site at a rate that harms its availability for other readers.
You must not use the services to produce a product that breaks the law in the place where it is sold. You must not present a batch poured at the bench as the work of another studio without our written agreement. You must not remove or alter a bench record in a way that makes the record misleading.
We may investigate a suspected breach and may pause a service while the matter is examined. If a breach is confirmed, we may end the engagement under the section on suspension and termination below.
The text, layout, illustrations and other content of this website belong to WeiFang ZhuMouJun Network Technology Co., Ltd. unless a page states otherwise. The design of the workshop bench systems, including the sheet formats and the record layouts, is also our property. You may read the site and use the services, but you may not copy or redistribute the content or the designs for a commercial purpose without written permission.
The names CandleQuest Tech and WeiFang ZhuMouJun Network Technology Co., Ltd. are our trading and corporate names. You may refer to them when describing a genuine engagement with the bench, but you must not use them in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
If you believe that a page on this site infringes a right you own, write to projects@candlequest.autos with enough detail for us to find the page and assess the claim. We take a genuine claim seriously and will respond promptly.
You keep ownership of the material you send to the bench, such as a letter, a design reference or a batch note from an earlier studio. You give us permission to use that material for the purpose of the engagement, which includes drafting a wick sheet, pouring a batch and preparing a buyer letter or sitting record.
You confirm that you have the right to give us that permission and that the material does not infringe the rights of another person. If a third party raises a claim about material you sent, you agree to help us answer the claim.
When an engagement ends, you may ask us to return or delete the material that belongs to you. We will do so where the law allows, keeping only the parts of the bench record that we must keep to meet a legal or contractual duty.
We agree the fee for an engagement before work begins. The fee is set out on the wick sheet and may cover a number of bays, pouring hours, review rounds or sittings. Any change to the scope is agreed in writing and shown on an updated sheet before the change is made.
Unless the sheet states otherwise, an invoice is due within fourteen days of the date it is issued. Payment is made in the currency named on the invoice. We may pause a pour if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date and we have given a written reminder.
Amounts already paid for work completed are not refundable. If we fail to deliver a service that was agreed and paid for, we will either complete the work or return the fee for the part that was not delivered. This policy does not limit a right that the law gives you.
You may cancel a workshop sitting without charge up to two working days before the booked time. A cancellation inside those two days may carry a small fee to cover the pour that was prepared for your visit. We will always tell you the fee before we apply it.
If we must cancel or reschedule a sitting, for example because a machine fails or a safety concern arises, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer a new time at no extra cost. If no new time suits you, we will return any fee paid for the sitting.
An engagement that has already started can be cancelled by either party under the section on suspension and termination. Any work completed before the cancellation is charged at the agreed rate, and the bench record is closed with a clear note explaining the reason.
The bench record is the working memory of the workshop. You agree to give accurate information for the record and to correct an error when you notice one. An inaccurate pour note can spoil a later batch, so accuracy protects both of us.
We keep the record in good order and allow you to see the parts that concern your work. We do not allow a record to be changed without a note that explains the change and names the person who made it. This rule keeps the record trustworthy over time.
A bench record is not a certificate. It describes what happened at the bench and the conditions at the time. It does not guarantee that a later batch will behave in the same way, because wax, wick and weather can differ from one season to the next.
This site may link to a service that we do not operate, such as a hosting tool or a partner studio. A link does not make us responsible for the content or the practices of the destination. If you choose to use a third party service, you do so under the terms of that service.
We may use a third party to deliver email or to host the site. These providers act on our instruction for the purpose of the engagement. We choose providers carefully, but we cannot promise that a third party will never make a mistake.
If a third party service fails and the failure affects your engagement, we will work to restore the service, keep you informed and adjust the schedule where that is fair.
The website and the services are provided as they are. We work carefully and describe the services honestly, but we cannot promise that every batch will suit every use, that the site will always be available or that a page will never contain a typo.
A candle is an open flame, and every candle product carries a risk that belongs to its use. We design our bench records to describe how a batch was made, but we do not control how a finished candle is used after it leaves the studio. A client who sells a candle is responsible for giving clear safety instructions to the buyer.
Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law gives you, and nothing here limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit. Where a clause conflicts with a mandatory rule, the mandatory rule applies.
To the extent the law allows, WeiFang ZhuMouJun Network Technology Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that arises from the use of this site or the services. This includes lost profit, lost business and loss of reputation.
Our total liability for a claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fee paid for the part of the service that gave rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to a claim that the law does not allow us to limit, such as a claim for injury caused by our own negligence.
We are not liable for a delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as a failure of the power supply, a natural event or a lawful order from an authority. If such an event occurs, we will tell you and agree a new schedule where we can.
You agree to cover the reasonable cost of a claim brought against WeiFang ZhuMouJun Network Technology Co., Ltd. when the claim arises from your breach of these terms, from material you sent that infringes the right of another person or from your misuse of the site or the services.
We will tell you promptly if such a claim is made and will give you the chance to respond. We will not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on your part without your agreement.
This section does not apply when the claim arises from our own act or omission. In that case the section on limitation of liability applies.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. It forms part of these terms, and you should read it before using the site. The policy describes the rights you have and the way to exercise them.
You agree to give accurate personal information when you write to the bench or book a sitting, and you agree to keep your sign-in details private if we provide a record viewer. We treat that information with care and keep it only for as long as we need it.
If you have a question about personal information, write to projects@candlequest.autos. We will answer within the time the law requires and explain any step we take.
We may suspend or end your access to the site or to a service if you breach these terms, if your use puts the bench or another person at risk or if the law requires it. When we can, we will give you notice and a chance to explain your side before we act.
You may end an engagement at any time by writing to the contact desk. If you end an engagement that has already started, you remain responsible for the fee for work completed, and we will close the bench record with a note explaining the reason.
When an engagement ends, the parts of these terms that concern ownership, records, limits on liability and dispute resolution continue to apply. The rest stops applying, and both parties are released from future obligations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People of China as they apply in WeiFang. A dispute that cannot be settled by conversation will be brought to the court that has jurisdiction over the place where the company is registered, unless a mandatory rule gives you the right to bring the claim somewhere else.
Before starting a formal claim, we ask that you write to projects@candlequest.autos and describe the problem. Many disputes are settled at the bench with a clear explanation and a corrected record. We would rather fix a mistake than argue about it.
If a provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest of the terms remain in force. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the original purpose.
We may update these terms when a service changes, when a provider changes or when the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where the change affects an engagement that is underway, we will tell you before it takes effect.
Your continued use of the site after a change means that you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site and write to us so that we can close your engagement in an orderly way.
We keep earlier versions on file. If you would like to read a past version, write to the contact desk and describe the version you need.
For any question about these terms, write to WeiFang ZhuMouJun Network Technology Co., Ltd. at projects@candlequest.autos or call +13864337823 during business hours. Our full address is No 5369, Unit 1-510-315 (Entrusted), Beigong East Street, Beihai Road Subdistrict, Kuiwen District, WeiFang City - 261000, China (CN).
Please include the name you used and the date of your letter or sitting so that we can find your record. We will confirm that we have received your message and tell you when to expect a full answer.
Thank you for reading these terms. The bench runs on clear records and honest promises, and we are glad you took the time to understand the agreement before you stand at it.
